We have a 30 days return process for store credits and exchanges only if you have any issues with our items. No refunds for change of mind will be accepted.
Please be aware you'll have to cover the cost of shipping your returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will send you a store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We are unable to refund your item if you damage it overtime or lose your item. We uphold that our items are tarnish-resistant although can be damaged if worn in salt water, chemicals, chlorinated water, or scratched in anyway.
